The match-to-report flow.
Most lower-tier football — semi-pro, amateur premier, college club, rec premier — is invisible to clubs and players who would benefit from structured data. LOCALSS is a structured pipeline from a scout in the field to a verified report on a club's desk — usually within 72 hours of the final whistle.
A club posts a job.
Filter by region, league, position, due date. Set your coverage basis (full match, second half only, six clips with notes), payout, and any specific players to watch. Posts go live to scouts who match the brief.
A verified scout responds.
Scouts in the area browse open posts. They quote, lock the brief, and accept. KYC is done up front, so the moment you accept a job your warranty is on the line.
The match is filmed and rated.
Wide-angle film, structured ratings against the agreed coverage basis, and a written report. Every observation is timestamped. Funds release from escrow on verified delivery: buyer pays at brief signing, LOCALSS holds in escrow, and payout flows to the scout once ops verifies the work meets the brief.
The report lands. The trial follows.
Clubs see the report, watch the clips, and message the scout (or the player directly if consent is given). 14 trials sparked this month.
Verified people. Structured data. Provenance baked in.
