Pricing FAQ

Why are players free?+
Players are the supply side of this market. Charging them would shrink the database and the whole thing breaks. Clubs and agents pay; players never do.
Do scouts pay anything?+
No subscription. Scouts earn 60–80% of each completed job; the rest covers KYC, dispute mediation, and Stripe payouts.
Can a club commission a single report?+
Yes. There's no annual minimum. Post a job, pay for that job, that's it.
How does escrow and payout work?+
Buyer pays into escrow at brief signing. Ops verifies the deliverable when submitted. Funds release to the scout once delivery is verified, with LOCALSS commission deducted automatically. Weekly batch payouts to scouts via Stripe Connect. If something is materially below brief, chargeback flows back to the buyer.
Do you serve leagues directly?+
Yes — LOCALSS contracts with leagues, circuits, and clubs to provide ongoing filming + structured data + delivery as a service. Pricing is custom per scope. Contact sales for a discovery call.
What about sales tax?+
Sales tax / GST / VAT is shown at checkout, calculated automatically based on your jurisdiction. Stripe Tax handles compliance across markets.
